  11. Payment by cash on delivery.
  12. You can choose this option and one of our agents will contact you to arrange a meeting to recieve the total payment within 72 hours from the date of your booking.


How to make a secure online payment by credit card?

To pay online via our platform partner, please select payment by credit card and confirm your order.

You will be redirected to a secure page belong to National Bank of Egypt for your credit card details.

Once payment is accepted, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email.


What should I do if my payment failed?

In case of error, you can contact our Customer Service for further assistance. You can also try checking:

  1. The information transmitted to the payment terminal such as account details, billing address, password are valid
  2. Your Internet connection
  3. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be canceled within seven (7) working days. You can contact Customer Service for further assistance.
